If you wish to check if one of the cottages is available you can do so by pressing the "Check Availability & Book Online" button. If the cottage is available you can go ahead and book online, or if you want to ring and book directly with the hosts you can do so 03 9756 7700.
50% deposit is charged for all bookings, and the remaining 50% is charged upon arrival. However, bookings within 14 days of the stay or for a single night stay the full 100% is payable at time of booking. If you would like to vary the deposit amount for any reason, you can ring or email the hosts and discuss what you would like to do regarding the payment.
21 days notice of cancellation is required for deposit to be refunded (less a $30 administration fee plus any commissions paid). Cancellations made within 14 days of the first night of the booking full payment is required, unless cottages are subsequently fully booked, then the amount paid will be refunded less administration fee and costs. Failure to arrive the full tariff is payable.
