Accommodation and breakfast, enjoy your self cater breakfast which consists of many fresh ingredients for a full English and/or Continental breakfast. Continental breakfast provisions only for The Stables cottage.

Booking on line requires a credit card and full payment up front, if you need to use a different payment method or would like to only pay the 50% deposit now just phone and discuss payment options with the hosts. Booking and Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable upon on arrival. 21 days notice of cancellation is required for deposit to be refunded (less a $30 administration fee plus any commissions paid). Cancellations made within 14 days of the first night of the booking full payment is required, unless cottages are subsequently fully booked, then the deposit will be refunded less administration fee and costs. Failure to arrive the full tariff is payable.
